Earl Grey Oatmeal is special because its flavour really does taste like tea. I've used double bergamot earl grey tea for even more citrusy, bergamot flavour!
In a medium-size pot, add water and milk and bring just to a simmer. Remove pot from the heat, add tea bags, and let tea steep for 10 minutes.
Return the pot to the element, add the rolled oats, and again bring to a simmer, stirring frequently. Let simmer for approximately 5-10 minutes, or until the oats begin to soften and the liquid is absorbed. Stir in 1 tablespoon honey.
Portion into two bowls and splash with milk, another drizzle of honey, and blackberries.
